This is a great dish for a brunch - either as a side dish or the main course. It you're being really fancy, small slices would be a great first course. It's from Paula Deen on Food Network.  Try this when you have some real Wisconsin ripe tomatos.

4 tomatos, peeled and sliced
10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 nine inch baked pie shell
1 cup shredded mozarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup mayonaise
salt and pepper

Place the tomatos in a colander in sink on one layer.  Sprinkle with salt and let drain for 10 minutes.
Layer the tomato slices, basil and onion in pie shell.  Combine cheeses and mayonaisse.  Spread on top of tomatoes and bake 30 minutes or till lightly browned.  Cut in slices and serve warm.  This is yummy!
