  • (May, 1999 - May, 2000) Technical support representative responsible for assisting customers with connectivity, E-mail, Web browsers, FTP and general internet related problems.  Also served as a point supervisor when current supervisor was not available.  Within my year of being a technical support representative, I was promoted three times:  Tech I, Tech II, and the second person in the company's history to reach Tech III.
